"Better than I expected, with solid insulation"
I picked up a cooler bag from LogoBrands and was pleasantly surprised by how well it did. I took it to a weekend game, and our drinks stayed cold for several hours without any issue.
By late afternoon, some of the ice had melted, but it had also been sitting out in the sun for a while, so I can’t really fault it too much. It still performed noticeably better than my old cooler bag.

I’d give it 4 stars because it works well overall and was a nice upgrade. I just wish it could keep ice frozen a little longer on hot days.

"Everything showed up just how I wanted"
I ordered from Logo Brands for some gear I was putting together, it came out exactly right. The logo looked good, the colors matched, and nothing was missing or mixed up. I always get a little nervous with custom stuff because I’ve had orders go sideways before, but this one was super easy. My family noticed right away how clean everything looked, which was nice. I’d definitely order from them again.

"Packaging was better than I expected"

I ordered from logobrands.com and the item itself was totally fine once it arrived. The only downside was that shipping took longer than I expected, and I didn’t get a lot of updates while I was waiting. It wasn’t a terrible experience by any means, just a little frustrating since I was hoping to have it by a certain date. I’d probably order again, but only if I wasn’t in a rush.

The return policy felt a little unclear to me. Compared to most places I’ve shopped, I had to look around more than expected to figure out the details. It could definitely be explained better.

"Really happy with the quality"
I ordered a cooler bag from Logo Brands the quality surprised me a bit. The stitching feels sturdy, the zipper glides smoothly, and the logo print looks clean too, not that cheap blurry kind you sometimes get, you know how that goes.

I’ve taken it out a few weekends now, mostly for drinks and snacks, and it’s been holding up well. Nothing overly fancy to say, I guess, but it does what I need and feels worth what I paid

"A rocky start, but they made it worth it"
My order arrived with one of the chairs missing, which was frustrating because I had bought it for a weekend trip. I reached out to customer support, and while waiting a full day to hear back wasn’t ideal, I get that things happen.

I picked up a bag from logobrands.com and it’s been a really good buy. It has plenty of space, the zippers work smoothly, and the straps still feel comfortable even when I’ve packed it full. I’ve used it for a few weekends now, and for the price, I’d say it’s definitely worth it. No complaints so far.

The chair is fine, I guess. It looks decent enough and does the job, which is more than I expected at this point, but I wouldn’t call it super comfortable. It’s okay for short sits, just not something I’d want to relax in for long

"Shockingly painless exchange experience"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size and fully expected the whole exchange process to turn into a massive ordeal, because that’s usually how these things go. They did end up fixing the issue, so I’ll give them that, but the whole warranty process felt slower than it needed to be. Replies took a while, and when I did hear back, the tone sometimes made me feel like I was being talked down to instead of just helped. It got resolved in the end, but the experience wasn’t great.

"Wish I’d Ordered the Right Thing, but the Refund Was Fast"
I ordered from logobrands.com and, annoyingly, realized afterward that I’d picked the wrong item. I definitely wish I had double-checked before placing the order, because I was expecting the refund process to be a headache.

I emailed them about it and was surprised by how quickly they got back to me. They told me exactly what they needed, and once I sent the info over, the refund was started soon after. The money was back in my account within a few days.

i regret messing up the order in the first place, but I’m glad their customer service didn’t make it worse. It was a simple process with no endless back and forth, and I’d feel comfortable ordering from them again.
