I picked up a cooler bag from LogoBrands and was pleasantly surprised by how well it did. I took it to a weekend game, and our drinks stayed cold for several hours without any issue.
By late afternoon, some of the ice had melted, but it had also been sitting out in the sun for a while, so I can’t really fault it too much. It still performed noticeably better than my old cooler bag.

I’d give it 4 stars because it works well overall and was a nice upgrade. I just wish it could keep ice frozen a little longer on hot days.

So... I’ve washed this a bunch of times now, and the material is still holding up really well. tougher than I expected.

They did end up fixing the issue, so I’ll give them that, but the whole warranty process felt slower than it needed to be. Replies took a while, and when I did hear back, the tone sometimes made me feel like I was being talked down to instead of just helped. It got resolved in the end, but the experience wasn’t great.

i regret messing up the order in the first place, but I’m glad their customer service didn’t make it worse. It was a simple process with no endless back and forth, and I’d feel comfortable ordering from them again.
